Research topics ranged from understanding user’s motivation, workflow, information needs, to their satisfaction and dissatisfaction drivers with existing products. Worked with AI scientists to explore and evaluate AI-powered features and facilitated user’s understanding and adoption to such tools.

Regularly reviewed interface design and instruction writing for AI team data annotation tasks to ensure data quality.
